How to submit an application for admission

Choose your program

Go to the Programs by college (Autumn 2012) or Programs_by_sector (Autumn 2012) pages, and choose the link that corresponds to the program and college for which you wish to submit an application. This link will take you to the page that sets out the conditions and pre-requisites associated with this program and college. (NOTE: If there is no link, the program is not available.) On the appropriate page, click "Admission form" to go to the form. Alternative to on-line admission application.

Fill out the form

The program and college sections have already been completed on the admission form that will appear on your screen. You have to complete all the other fields and send the form by clicking "Send the form". To complete your admission application, you need to have on hand your permanent code. This code appears on your secondary school transcript, on the Ministère de l'Éducation transcript and on your college transcript, if you have one.

After you've sent the form, SRACQ will immediately send to your screen a confirmation that it has received your form. This confirmation will contain the following information :

• The file and confirmation number that has been assigned to you.
• Information about the pre-requisites and conditions associated with the program you have chosen
• A list of the documents you need to include with your application
• The fees that you must pay for your admission application
• A coupon to use when you pay your application fee at a Caisse populaire

Print this confirmation and don't forget to take note of your confirmation number. You will have to use it to make your payment.

IMPORTANT : Make sure you include the permanent code that appears on your high secondary school transcript and on your MEQ transcript. If you have changed your name, you must send us the official documents confirming the change.

Foreign candidates or Canadian candidates who do not reside in the Province of Québec

If you are a foreign candidate, please also consult our «Studying in Québec». section.

If you are a Canadian but do not reside in Québec, you will be charged tuition fees of about 1 198,00 $ per semester. For more information, please consult our «Canadians not residing in Québec» section under the «Studying in Québec » tab.

Response to your application

SRACQ will post its response to your application in your Personal file according to the following timeline: :
