Step One

Under the GUIDE D'ADMISSION Autumn 2010 drop-down menu,
select the
Index des programmes par cégep ou
Index des programmes par secteur,, and
click the link that corresponds to the program and college
for which you wish to apply.
Step Two

Read over the conditions and prerequisites that apply for this program and college and click
Admission form.

Part of the admission form has already been filled out with the selected
program and college. The rest of the form is to be completed in three steps.
First, you have to enter your surname, first name, date of birth and the permanent code issued to you by the Ministère de l'Éducation and check mark where
you attended secondary school. If you have no permanent code because you completed your secondary studies at an establishment outside the province of
Québec, please check mark the Secondary studies outside Québec box. At the bottom of this page click
Continue to step 2.
Second, you have to fill out all the sections of the form and send it electronically by clicking
Continue to step 3 - Send the form.
Third, reception is confirmed.
After the form has been sent, the SRAQ will immediately send a message to your screen informing you that your application has been received. This message will contain the following information:
- The confirmation and payment number assigned to you
- Information about the prerequisites and conditions that apply for the program you have chosen
- The documents needed for your application
- The fee you must pay to open your file
- A payment form to use when paying your application fee at a Caisse populaire
Print this confirmation and take note of your confirmation and payment number. You must use it when making your payment.
A single admission application per round for all SRAQ-affiliated colleges.
